Mark Lerohl is the founder of First Tracks Capital and is the Chair of the firm’s investment committee. Mark currently serves on the board of directors of Kognitiv Inc., Luna Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Premama), BonneO, and Mitigokaa Development Corp.

Mark is a director of Radar Capital Inc. which he co-founded in 2013, backed by a large Canadian public fund. Mark has over 24+ years of experience in corporate finance across a broad range of industries, narrowing his focus to advising on private equity and growth capital transactions.
